What is Jeffrey’s Toy Closet?
Jeffrey’s Toy Closet is a charity that was founded in 2007 by Jeffrey Stanton when he saw some other children & friends in a time of need. Since then, Jeffrey has went into action by forming JTC to try & help bring some joy to children & families in times of sickness & need around the year. JTC has helped many families across the Rowan County & Cabarrus County regions in North Carolina with toys and other supplies, while also helping other organizations & charities across the Charlotte region. JTC has also helped with disaster relief efforts around the United States after times of tragedy, most notably with getting supplies up to the Binghamton, NY and the Southern Tier after a major flooding event in 2011.
JTC is going into our eleventh year of helping families across the Carolinas and we expect it to be our biggest year on record .
So far in the history of Jeffrey’s Toy Closet, we have helped many families across the Charlotte region as well as organizations & other charities such as: Family Crisis Council of Rowan County, Jeff Gordon’s Childrens Hospital at CMC-Northeast, Rowan Helping Ministries, Rowan Vocational Opportunities, Speedway Children’s Charities, Salvation Army / Angeltree, St. Johns Lutheran Church / Angeltree along with many others.
