Donor Information
JTC only maintains a record of donation if done through the mail, online, at a private gathering. We do not maintain a record of drop-box toy & supply donations unless provided by the individual. The charity maintains a record of name & date of donation. If provided to the charity: mailing address, e-mail address & telephone numbers are also collected & maintained. No other information on donors is collected or maintained. The donor information is only used for thank you letters / notes & updates on JTC’s progress on how we have helped the community over the year.
All donor information on record is maintained & stored in a secure location.
Donors can request to remain anonymous when donating to JTC when donating through mail or online settings.
Website visitors
The charity does not collect any personal data of a visitor to the website. The charity only collects a tabulation of the number of visits to the site.
